Q. I don’t have a PayPal account, can I still subscribe to the service after the free trial?

Q. I have received a username and password for Mail Flow Monitor; what happens next?
A. You need to configure the on-line servers with your configuration details. Navigate to “Control Panel Login” and enter you username and password to login.

Q. I don’t know how to configure Mail Flow Monitor; can you help?
A. Yes. Navigate to the “Downloads” page and download the document “Configuring your system for Mail Flow Monitor”.

Q. I have configured ICMP correctly but it keeps failing!
A. The probable cause is due to the router not being setup to respond to ping requests.

Q. I cannot get the Web test to work?
A. Ensure that you have entered the server address correctly within the control panel and that you have uploaded the MFMwebTest.htm file into the root directory of your server. Q. I cannot log into the web portal, keeps saying "Invalid User Name or Password"!
A. This is caused by not allowing session cookies, by default IE7 and above disallows cookies. Open Internet Explorer, Click Tools, Internet Options. Select the Privacy tab and click the Advanced button. Select "Override automatic cookie handling" and "Always allow session cookies" Click OK and then OK.
