Single User Client Dashboard

Designed for companies who have only one internet connection, mail server and/or web server. The Dashboard sits on your desktop and indicates problems using a traffic warning system; Red to indicate system errors and green to indicate that the systems working along with date and time of last update.

The single Dashboard client has the ability to run scripts upon failure of each test. This allows System Administrators or Support Companies to either restart a service or start a bespoke script; you can configure the amount of time the program waits before starting the entered scripts. Each script can be tested in advance by the use of the "Test" button.

Multi-User Client Dashboard

Companies that have multiple email servers can view the status of all their servers from one application. The multi-user client consists of two parts; the first is a status bar indicating the overall status of all the servers being monitored. The second part is a breakdown of each server being monitored.

Alert Settings

Mail Flow Monitor enables you to configure email alerts with optional SMS alerts to notify you of a failed or restored services.
